STORYWORLD.TV looks at cinema from the angle that pushes the boundaries of the film form and imagines a universe within which the settings, characters, objects, events, and actions of one or more narratives coexist across multiple media platforms.
FEATURED STORYWORLD:
DIVINE ANIMALS is an immersive crime thriller center around reckless love, a murder and kidnapping. SERIAL ONE is made of 6 episodes which will serve as an introduction for a slate of interconnected cross-genre serials and films made for a direct-to-viewer engagment.
This series (currently in production) will be followed up with but not limited to one feature length prequel and three unique episodic, multilingual serial spin-offs as well as dozens of character driven short films. The project will provide points of access for both collaboration and interaction with multiple wormholes and extensions, different discovery points and participation levels all built for and to embrace play.
BUILDING STORYWORLDS
In an era of abundance, access, and distraction, we need to foster deeper and longer engagements and allow viewers to expand upon the narrative. The storyworld will demonstrate how people can connect around themes, issues, or ideas and even watch it extend into the physical world. The film form, in its stand-alone one-off manner, will no longer suffice to provide most of this.
